What we collect
When you use the "Start a conversation" form we receive your email address, your message, and the page you sent it from. To protect the form from abuse, your IP address and browser details are processed when the form is submitted; we do not store them.
Browsing this website does not set cookies, and we use no analytics, advertising or tracking. Fonts and images are served from this site, so visiting it sends nothing to Google or any other third party.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who contact us. We never sell your data or add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it
The website and form run on Microsoft Azure (West Europe). Enquiries are delivered to our mailbox on Google Workspace. Both act as our processors under their data processing terms, and may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a contract, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email team@consultcodecreate.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
