Find out what your platform is really costing you.

A fixed-price review of your Power Platform or Dynamics 365 estate by a senior specialist. In about two weeks you get a written report: what's at risk, what's costing more than it should, and a costed plan to put it right.

What we look at

Architecture and schema

The table and relationship decisions that are hard to undo later. We find the ones that will block the next three years of change before you build on top of them.

Security model

Who can see and change what, and whether that matches what you'd tell an auditor. Security roles, business units, teams and the app users your integrations run as.

Releases and ALM

How changes get from a developer to production. If the answer involves exporting solutions by hand, we show you what a safe, repeatable pipeline looks like.

Integrations

The places your platform meets other systems, which is where most failures happen. We look for silent failures, duplicate data and anything that breaks under load.

Licensing and capacity

What you pay Microsoft and what you actually use. Licences assigned to the wrong people, premium features nobody needs, and storage that's quietly growing.

Legacy platform risk

Anything running on software that's out of support or about to be, and what it would take to move it before it becomes urgent.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Scoping call

Thirty minutes to agree what's in scope and what matters most to you. You get a fixed price straight after.

  2. 02

    Review

We work in your environments with the admin tools you already have. Nothing is installed and nothing of ours is left behind. We also talk to the people who run the platform, without getting in their way.

  3. 03

    Report and walkthrough

A written report with every finding ranked by risk, the reason behind it and a costed fix. Then a session to go through it together.

Why not just use the free tools?

Microsoft's built-in checks, such as solution checker and the Power Platform admin center, and the bespoke scripts some teams build, are good at flagging rule breaches. They can't tell you that your schema will make every change slower for years, or that you're paying for licences nobody uses. That takes someone who has built and rescued these platforms, and that's who does your health check.

Common questions

How long does a health check take?

About two weeks from the scoping call to the walkthrough of your report. Larger estates take longer, and you'll know the timescale and price before we start.

What access do you need?

Access to your environments and the admin tools you already use. We don't install anything or bring our own tooling into your tenant, and we don't change anything during a health check.

Do we have to use you to fix what you find?

No. The report is written so your own team or another supplier can act on it. If you'd like us to do the work, we'll quote a fixed price for it.

What if the platform turns out to be in good shape?

Then we'll tell you, and show you the few things worth keeping an eye on. A clean bill of health is a useful result too.
