Get off the old CRM without stopping the business.

We move organisations off legacy CRM platforms, onto Dynamics 365 and Dataverse or onto services built for the job, and then we switch the old system off. Years of business rules come with you. The downtime doesn't.

Why CRM migrations go wrong

The rules nobody wrote down

Old CRM platforms run on years of automated processes and scheduled jobs. The people who built them have moved on, and the logic only exists in the code. Miss one and something quietly stops happening.

Everything downstream breaks

Reporting, finance and contact-centre systems often read from the old CRM. Change what they read and they fail on the first morning.

One big weekend

A single cutover puts the whole organisation at risk at once. When it goes wrong there's no way back.

Moving the mess

Duplicates and broken records get copied straight into the new system, and the new platform takes the blame.

How we do it

  1. 01

    Decode the old system

Every automated process, rule and scheduled job is turned into a written specification before any code is written. Our own migration toolkit does the heavy lifting, and an engineer checks every line.

  2. 02

    Pick the right home

Not everything belongs in a CRM. Customer processes move to Dynamics 365 or Dataverse. Back-end jobs move to .NET services and SQL, where they're cheaper to run and easier to test.

  3. 03

    Run side by side

The new services run alongside the old platform and are checked against it, process by process. Downstream systems keep reading the same data in the same shape.

  4. 04

    Switch it off

Once every process is proven, the old application is turned off and its licences and servers go with it.

Happening now

Retiring a legacy CRM platform for a global workspace operator

We're moving the platform's automated business processes onto .NET services and a SQL database so the legacy CRM application can be switched off in December 2026. The reporting systems downstream keep running without a single change.

We've done this before

Four million records from nine databases

Fixed price, one phase at a time

Decoding comes first and is priced on its own. You get a fixed price for the migration once we both know exactly what's in the old system.

Common questions

Do you always move us onto Dynamics 365?

No. Customer-facing processes usually belong in Dynamics 365 or Dataverse, but back-end jobs are often better as .NET services and SQL. On a current legacy CRM retirement we're doing exactly that.

Will our reporting and other systems keep working?

That's the point of running side by side. Downstream systems keep reading the same data in the same shape until each one is ready to move, so nothing breaks on the first morning.

How long does a CRM migration take?

It depends on how much logic the old system holds, which is why decoding it comes first. Once that's done you get a fixed price and a dated plan for the migration itself.

Do we have to move everything at once?

No. We move process by process and prove each one against the old system, so there's never a single weekend where everything changes.
