Your data arrives clean, every day. We make sure of it.

We run automated imports into Dynamics 365 and Dataverse on our own platform, for a fixed monthly fee. We watch every run, deal with anything that fails or gets rejected, and keep it all working through Microsoft's updates. Your data is always yours, and so is the setup for your sources.

Sound familiar?

Spreadsheets by email

Someone downloads a file, tidies it up and imports it by hand, every week. When they're on holiday, it doesn't happen.

The same person, three times

Every import adds duplicates, and cleaning them up has become somebody's part-time job.

Failures nobody sees

An import half-works, nothing tells you, and you find out when a report doesn't add up.

Partners you can't check

Data arrives from other organisations and nobody can say whether all of it made it in.

How it works

  1. 01

    Receive

Files and API data land on a queue first, so nothing is lost if Dynamics is busy or a source sends everything at once.

  2. 02

    Check

Every record is validated and deduplicated in a staging area before it gets anywhere near your CRM.

  3. 03

    Load

Clean records go in as updates or new records, matched on keys you control, so running an import twice never creates duplicates.

  4. 04

    Report

Anything rejected is logged with the reason, and you get a clear summary rather than a silent failure.

The architecture behind it: Don't write directly to Dataverse.

What the monthly service covers

Every run watched, every rejection dealt with

We monitor every import. When records are rejected we find out why and get them fixed at the source, so bad data never becomes your team's problem.

Changes included

New sources, new fields and changed formats, within an agreed allowance each month.

Microsoft's updates handled

Dynamics 365 and Power Platform change twice a year. We test your imports against each release before it reaches you.

A monthly summary

What ran, what was rejected and why, in plain English, ready to forward to whoever asks.

What's yours, what's ours

Your data, and the setup for each of your sources, belong to you. The import platform they run on is ours, and every client gets the benefit each time we improve it. If you ever decide to leave, you get a full export of your data and your setup, and 90 days to move before anything is switched off.

Common questions

Who owns what?

Your data and the setup for each of your sources are yours. The import platform they run on is ours, which is why it keeps getting better for every client.

What happens if we want to leave?

You give notice, and the service keeps running as normal for 90 days while you move. You get a full export of your data and your setup, and we'll help whoever takes over.

What can you import from?

Files such as CSV and Excel, partner systems, APIs and other databases. If it can send or share data, we can usually bring it in safely.

What happens when Microsoft changes something?

Dynamics 365 and Power Platform update twice a year. We test your imports against each release before it reaches your environments.
